I've been bringing my vehicle to this location whenever I have an issue because I trust the manager, Dominik. He is very helpful and honest, which I appreciate. Their prices are fair and they don't overcharge or take advantage of their customers. Other shops I've brought my vehicle to were more expensive and had poor customer service. Honest 1 Auto-care Eagan East is the only place I feel confident taking my car to.

They get our cars in on a moments notice if needed and always provide pictures and details of the work that needs to be done. Even willing to explain what should be done immediately and what can be done later, and how much later. Very fair and honest. We recommend them and we will continue to use their services.

They live up to their name! Very honest staff. We called a few different places, but we knew this was the place to go when they understood our needs and concerns. They were able to get us in the next morning which was awesome. After inspection of our car, they were very honest that it was time for us to let go of our car due to major issues of the foundation ( rust). They sent us images and a report of their findings and didn't even charge for it! We will definitely be coming back to this...
