I was recommended to Honest 1 by my brother. I was very impressed with how Thorough they were. I brought the car in for an oil change as it is a used car that I just purchased And ask them to check everything out for me. I came away with an oil change and a very detailed report of things that should be done to the car to keep it safe and running. They showed me pictures of everything and we’re very professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

This is my 'go to' auto repair business for my VW. I brought it in not knowing what it needed. My son had mentioned, if you have a mechanic you trust...go to them. That's what I did and I will have no hesitation in going back. I've been a customer for quite some time but this time proved that they fix what needs fixing and don't add a bunch of other 'needs' to the list of what should be done. Fixed my car and they have a customer for as long as I own this car. Very pleasant people to work with!!!

I've used H1A for about two years now, and have received top notch service at both Eagan locations as well as in Burnsville. They're always extremely thorough with their work, and help you understand how to keep your car in top shape for as long as possible. It's hard to find service as good as this nowadays. I'm bummed I won't have them in Tennessee! P.S. Thanks Dominik for always being a great rep!

Today I had new tires put on and an alignment. I experienced excellent customer service along with the ability to be super flexible. I had front tires that were shredded due to poor alignment, and these guys did an excellent job!! I really appreciate that since I work next door, they are able to work on my vehicle while im working. In the past I also had an issue that wasn't resolvable that day and they had a rental vehicle for me to use for the day!! Thanks again! My car is running like a champ again!!
