He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really makes an effort to ensure people are happy with their experience at Honest One. Brandon takes the time to explain the what and why of the work needed and makes you feel like you are in the best possible hands. I can honestly say I never want anyone else working on my car. I know the work done will be of the utmost quality and I never worry about anything going wrong because I know Brandon worked on my car and I know he does his job well! Having your car taken apart and put back together has made me nervous in the past, but I feel safe driving my car away from the shop, the importance of which, cannot be understated!!! My service was quick and percise. They did not try to push any extras on me, only the oil change I asked for. I did choose the higher end oil change to go longer between services.
