Great service and timely work!

I absolutely love the people at Honest One in Eagan! They do such a great job of getting to your vehicle in a timely manner and fixing it for an affordable price!

Very accommodating and efficient. I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours and they changed out my brake pads and fixed a wheel bearing. Very pleased with the results!

I was at a meeting and the Honest-One Manager said, Steve, you have a bulb out on your brake light. I asked if I could get it changed this morning and I went to his shop. The bulb was replaced and I got the oil changed and still managed to get to my next appointment without being late. When I walked in the store the counter guy called me by first name which never hurts as did the mechanic. I felt bad because I could not recall theirs. Have fun finding someone that's better than that for your car's service. Let me ask you if you think I am going back there. I liked the experience and have been around enough to know that is not what you normally get elsewhere.

Honest-1 service was amazing. They explained everything to me; what was wrong, how they were going to fix it and asked if I had any questions like they actually wanted to know if I had any questions! They are very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and made the entire experience of car repairs pleasant (if there is such a thing, they managed!). I will not be bringing my vehicle anywhere else. They also have an exceptional warranty on their work so you know if anything goes wrong, Honest-1 has your back. They also gave me a ride home when I didn't have one, which was icing on the cake! You guys ROCK!
