Excellent and timely service at reasonable cost.

I had my vehicle serviced at Honest1 for the first time Sunday. Brandon was super helpful and worked with me to find the services and price that worked for me. Initially I came in solely based on the convenient weekend hours, but can confidently say I will be a repeat customer! My only complaint is that there is a fee for inspections that is waived if you end up having the work done. It's like I have to know what wrong with my car before I go to Honest1 in order to avoid an unnecessary fee whereas other shops would check for free.

This repair shop is great. They are always nice. They offer free roadside assistance if you spend over $25. They have a nice waiting area with free snacks, and computer with free internet, & a play area for kids (although I don't have kids yet). I'm very happy with this place, and plan to return.

Came in for an oil change - the staff here is nice to work with and very efficient - we were in and out in 30 minutes - good explanation of what will be needed in the future for maintenance/repair

Really nice and clean with nice and knowledgeable people...

I went in today to have my brakes checked and upon their general courtesy inspection found out I needed a water pump. I was understandable upset, but they were very patient and accommodating. The staff was friendly and thorough but their store manager, Miguel Mitchell, was the best -- offering to shuttle me to my bank and to my home while I waited for the repair AND offered to pick me up once it was done. Superb service!! I will definitely recommend Honest One to my friends and colleagues!
