This was my first experience with Honest 1. I will be coming back. There customer service was great. I was working with Miguel and he was phenomenal. I went in to get a oil change and I let him know the last company I was with (Bobby & Steve's) did not check my transmission fluid. Not only did he check it but he topped off my fluids and check and I had a small tranny leak. He and his team were very professional. I was given a estimate for a few minor things that need to be and in most cases I think mechanics jerk you around on to earn your business but in this case he told me everything I already knew I needed done and nothing more. I will be back to have those minor things done. I really appreciated there service at Honest 1 in Eagan.
