When I was assured in Burnsville that no one would know what to do with the car unless they emulated an extended crank, I was so impressed when Miguel knew over the phone it would most likely be the fuel pump! After my car was previously held hostage for 8 hours, the Eagan Honest-1 was a dream come true when they knew right where to begin, found the problem, and had it fixed in under 3 hours. Their communication was great, there were no shocks or surprises to be had. Unlike previous experiences with other shops, they didn't feel like it was THEIR decision to dictate how I spend my money. Pleasant attitudes all around and started work right away. I don't have a single complaint.

Manager did a great job of explaining what needed to be done without being pushy. Took me out and showed me the areas in question himself.

Felt the service was professional and accurate. Will be bringing my vehicle here for future service. However, I am still waiting on a quote for the Mercedes maintenance.

EXCELLENT and very fair. Always know what to expect. Saved me much with a tire claim that was totally unexpected.

I was having issues with my headlights because the lens cap was fogged. The car went through headlight restoration which restores the lens cap to the new car look. This procedure is worth it. In addition they explained the issues with my car. By showing me what was happening vs just telling me. Really appreciate the outstanding help from Honest 1 . Miguel Mitchell the Store Manager goes above and beyond by listening to the customer. I would highly recommend this place.
