I am very happy with the level of customer service I received from this shop. I had my car there two times this past week. They are very thorough in what needs to be done. I checked their prices against other local shops and found them to be right in line. I appreciate the work they do and it's nice to have a place to take my car where I know I won't be ripped off. My experience at the Honest-1 Auto Care shop was excellent. First, I had forgotten my appointment was a week earlier and when I walk in, they were able to schedule me for an appointment later that same day. I felt they were very helpful, and explained everything to me about my car in a professional manner.

Friendly atmosphere and staff

specifically asked them to do my tire pressure check because my sensor was going off. Told me it was included- got in car and threw sensor was still going off...sigh. Everything else good.

Oil change took 1.5 hours even though I scheduled it. Also used a discount card and had been told a lower price on oil change. Friendly service. But slow and higher cost than expected
