First time customer...and, I have to say the people here were extremely pleasant to work with and very accomodating. Although I do much of my own light/medium work on my personal cars, I think I've finally found a reputable, trustworthy repair shop to take care of my more demanding repairs.

I liked that nobody tried to sell me an air filter for $30. The worst thing when getting an oil change is someone trying to spend another $2-$300. I bought one of your frequent flyer cards. Thanks.

Yes, although they added a fee for oil disposal and our coupon stated there is no disposal fee..they did delete the charge.
