Took all day to put on a set of tires. Counter person didn't order tires the day before when I made appt. I'll give you a 5 but not very happy about it taking so long. I was offered a free alignment which is appreciated

The service and customer service was very good!

I had an oil change done in less than a half an hour. Very friendly guys at the shop.

I came because of Miguel. He's taken care of me every 5,000 miles(6 or 7 weeks) for about 7 years. We'll see how the new team performs. No problems so far.

Everyone at Honest-1 Eagan location was friendly, helpful and most of all HONEST abou the care my vehicle was receiving. I like that I could also count on them to ensure me of things and maintenance I may need, without pushing me into thinking some minor things were emergencies. Would definitely recommend services to others!
