Just a recommendation... I brought an Explorer in for an alignment and it was determined a $113.00 after market alignment kit was required to make adjustments. Fortunately I remembered the same was needed on a previous Explorer I had aligned years ago and knew what it was. Other customers may take a call doubling the service amount badly. Suggest you know that is a possibility and let the customer know upfront it may be necessary, or better yet check their vehicle right away when dropped off. I am still pleased with the service provided and will return for other service needs. Thanks,--Dave
