I was very impressed by the service I received at Honest-1 Eagan East. They were prompt, thoughtful, and provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle -- including photos -- that was sent to my phone for easy viewing. I appreciate the new management at this location!

The true sign of excellent service is when things don't go right the 1st time. There was a problem with the part installed and one phone call got a tow truck to me and the repairs taken care of in a timely manner. We will be a customer for life!

Love these folks, just as the name says. Had a bad 2020 with 3 breakdowns so far. They got me in fast, kept me calm with updates and recommendations, and out the door fast. Additionally their work is guaranteed for 3 years, where most others offer 2 years.

Honest One does a great job of auto repair. They have the best employees and are always up front. They never push items you don't need like most others. Wish they had other parts suppliers that could bring down the overall cost. I found one on line that would save me 2/3rds the cost on a catalytic converter but I'm not able to use that vendor.
