They were able to get my vehicle in on short notice within 24 hours of my phone call. Friendly, attentive service! A loaner vehicle was provided to me at no charge. They only request you top off the fuel tank upon return.

Had brought my car in a while ago and they went into great detail what i needed to get done first and warnings what could happen if it wasn't looked at right away car runs great. time to take it back in and i know they wont try to upsale me on anything like most places.

I brought my truck here to troubleshoot some electrical issues that were going on. They kept me informed throughout the process, kept me up to date on the billing prices, and provided me a complimentary loaner car to drive until my truck was fixed. When I had some issues afterwards related to how they had fixed the vehicle, the manager of the store (Joe) called me to make it right. I was reimbursed for certain charges and Joe made sure I was able to fix the issues that had come up. While I wish the issue had been fixed correctly the first time, I am satisfied in how the owner of the store responded to the mistake and made sure my truck was fixed correctly. That is a rare thing to find in business today and I am glad to see local businesses still embracing that kind of interaction with its customers.
