We have used Honest-1 Auto care multiple times now. These guys are GREAT!!! They are helpful, honest and can get you in to fit your schedule. They have become our go to repair shop. I love that they always let you know what upcoming service might be due based on mileage. Allows you to plan and budget. I can’t give this shop enough praise.

I brought my car in for an some work and there were a few issues that the techs had fixing the problem. Joe , the store manager, called me the next day and explained that they were not satisfied with what they did (the work quality was great, but there was some extra work that was done that didn’t need to be done) and he refunded me my payment to make it right. Great customer service does still exist!

I had a tire alignment done here. The service was great! We had been told it would take an hour to an hour and a half but they were done in about 40 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and while they highlighted some maintenance items that could be done based on mileage and provided estimates there was no pressure to have it done immediately.
