We had a window malfunction between the church and my nieces wedding reception. We were desperate for a repair. My sister recommended we call Honest 1 because she goes there. They were amazing. Squeezed us in and stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to get us back on the road. So friendly and helpful.

I found my car shop finally! My timing belt broke and I was weighing the pros and cons of fixing it since my car is so old. It is the only engine issue pop up and after talking all of my options with Joe and his and the techs gracious help bringing down my costs, I am so glad I decided to get it fixed with them. Staff was friendly and accommodating, pricing was more than fair, and the lobby was clean. My oil change took longer than expected considering I had an appointment, but overall it was a good experience.

They were courteous and professional and fixed my car within a day. I had some concerns with my car after I got it back, but they were dedicated to making it right and addressing those concerns. Truly a great business practice and the customer service was outstanding. Would recommend.

I am waiting to hear back from Dominick. I had my coupler done, and it was $2,500 . I just had a baby, bought my 1st house, and got my girlfriend an engagement ring. This has been the best year of my life. Thank you for the free rental for the past week. I'm up to my neck in bills rn. I went here when I saw the reviews were great and even the owner, and the owner pays close attention to the reviews which told me this place really lives up to its name😁
