Highly recommend the staff, they were able to get me in immediately for 3 separate emergencies. At the first appointment they warned me about a likely future problem and when it happened a week later I was prepared. Gave me a loaner vehicle for the third emergency that kept me doing my job. Able to keep my commitments and pick up my car a few hours later. Really great service.

I have been impressed that Honest-1 recommends against unneeded services. Staff is always friendly and actually seems to care about their customers. That's a rare trait for car repair service.

I called for an estimate to compare prices to another shop and they listened to what I needed and offered to call me back with a price. They not only called me back within 15 minutes but were able to get me in right away the same week. The staff were friendly and welcoming, answered my questions and even had my car back to me faster than they had originally told me. Overall great experience and I will definitely be using them again.
