We had a PHENOMENAL experience with Honest-1 on 3 and Diffley, and with John Dudgeon in particular. We went in for one repair and the issue ended up being larger; John took the time to patiently explain the issue in detail, absorbed my frustration, and helped me get the best possible cost for top notch service. On top of that, they completed the work-- which was, again, unexpected on their end as well-- within the same day so I was never without my vehicle. I cannot recommend them, or John, more highly, and we will keep coming back for service on our vehicles.

I just moved to Eagan MN and stopped into the Diffley Rd location for an oil change. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the service was timely. They even left a flower and a snack on my dash with a thank you for your business card. Now that's customer service, which is so hard to find these days.
