I brought my vehicle in due to a grinding noise coming from my tires, which I suspected were my brakes. The guys did a great job, not only of explaining to me exactly what was causing the noise (after they inspected it), but of what other potential issues existed that could cause me problems in the future (in my case, struts). There was absolutely no pressure from them to fix anything additional - they just provided information. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and not at all condescending (which I sometimes run in to as a woman when bringing vehicles to be serviced other places). Thanks so much to John and the rest of the team. I'll be back!

Excellent service.

Good service and inspection.

I asked John to take a look at my truck. Not only did he do a quick review, he called within the time he said would with the diagnosis and cost estimate to get the work done. We agreed on the work over the phone...and it was completed quicker than the estimated time. That was great enough but I got in my truck to leave...and there was a carnation on the dash. Sweet. Made me smile.

oil change + advice on synthetic oil is much appreciated

Very accommodating and willing to work with my work schedule and at the last minute with no appointment. Very courteous and friendly. Was referred by my son, who has all vehicle maintenance done at this location. I will definitely calling them for future service.
