My car had several problems when I brought it in. They took care to diagnose them all and even took me back to the shop to show me exactly what was going wrong with each part and where it was located, which was great because I don’t have much knowledge about cars in general and wouldn’t have known just from talking about it. They fixed 4 or 5 things in just a few days, even though some replacement parts had to be ordered and shipped from other parts of the country. Their service was quick and friendly, and my car is running better than it has in years! All I can say is THANK YOU to John and all their other employees who helped me out!!!

I was in a jam this morning and gave Honest 1 a call. They fit me in with no appointment and got me the car back in/out in one day with problem solved. John was very professional and helpful. If you haven't tried them in a while it's worth another try, new owners.

Very happy with the service I received recently. Especially John for spending the time to really explain and show me what was being done to fix my car issues. James and Floyd were also very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I called at 7am, and brought my vehicle in right away, and used their loaner car to run my errands. My vehicle was ready for me by the time I returned. Appreciate that very much!
