I knew my vehicle needed some repairs. On a whim I called while at work to get a quote. They offered to come to my work and pick up the vehicle and bring it back the shop and check out my concern. Free of charge too! Just over an hour later they confirmed what was wrong and said they had the parts in stock and could do the work today. They were also able to let me pay over the phone and drop my vehicle back off at work. They had also replaced a part free of charge until I could properly fix said part. All in all I had my car back in just under 5 hours. It was awesome to know my vehicle got the important work done without figuring out the how, when, and where's! Big shout out to Miguel for being pleasant and informative about everything...even if it was only over the phone!

Had scheduled appt online, which was confirmed via email. However that appt had not been communicated to the actual store. But they got my car in promptly and got the work done anyway.

From start to finish, these guys made me feel comfortable with the work needing to be completed on my Volvo. They didn't just TELL me what was wrong, they allowed me to walk back into the garage and SEE what was wrong. Their lobby was comfortable and I was able to complete my work while I waited. When the work wasn't done in the time promised (to no fault of their own), they even offered me a car so I could complete my errands. Though another repair is needed, they didn't pressure me into getting it done that day...and made a temporary fix until I can get back next month. THANK YOU for honoring the coupon for brake work that I printed but left on my printer at home too! Highly recommend these guys. They will complete any and all of my future auto repairs!

These guys are fantastic! I never feel like I'm being pushed into something I don't need. If I need it, they will tell me. If I don't, they aren't afraid to tell me. Give them a try.... you'll wonder what took you so long.

Over and above amazing customer service, probably some of the best customer service I've ever received! I meant to write this review back in June but definitely forgot. They are the BEST place as far as customer service and taking care of your car and the best option for you. The girl who helped me out was seriously the best and helped explain things about my car to me that I may not have understood, always gave me a call when something came up about my car and always informed me what the price would be if that had changed at all. I'm pretty sure her name was Marissa but she was amazing and relieved a lot of my stress about my car. Very decently priced as well and worked through my options with me as far as pricing too. Provided me with a temporary car since my car was waiting for a part that wouldn't be received until the next day. I really appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend coming here because I've had nothing but good experiences with them.
