What a group of professionals who are really caring. Having an appointment for service on our explorer a technician heard a rubbing sound in my Rangers brakes. He took it in immediately and found a bent piece of tin rubbing on the drum. SERVICE above and beyond helps us VALUE their recommendations even MORE.

Excellent mechanical and customer services. They suggested maintenance but were never pushy. We got the job done for a fair price. Very accommodating waiting room. We highly recommend using Honest 1.

I didnt compare pricing, so ithought it was a little high, but the service was excellent The front desk guys and the mechanic were. All very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

This was my first visit at the Eagan store, and must say I was impressed with how quick and thorough they were, as well as honoring a competitor's over-the-phone quote, and deducting $50 as well as my next oil change free. Shout out to James who was very professional. Ps...they provide a loaner, which doesn't happen at a lot of other places...I appreciate that, and I will be back.
