I have been with the place since it opened up years ago. Lived in Eagan for years going to them and moved to St Louis Park last year. I still come back to this place. They have always been excellent with their service. Appointments pretty easy to make, prices up front, keep you advised as to what is going on with the work and stand behind their work. I have not had a single bad experience in over 12+ years.

Received an oil change and tire rotation in less than 45 minutes in a drop in situation. James got me in and out expeditiously. Professional shop with great prices and services. I bring all of my cars here.

After going to a couple other repair shops in Eagan, I have found this one to be the best. The service is always great, the prices reasonable, and any issues are explained properly. I showed up with a deflated tire in sub zero temperatures and wound up needing additional repairs and parts related to the tire area. I did not have an appointment, but everything was fixed within the same day. I was very grateful. It was also nice to get the loaner car so I could go home for the day until it was ready. Also a plus are the coupons offered via mail and online.

The technician got me in to the shop earlier than my appointment and the subsequent service was good. The technician called in a timely manner for me to pick up my vehicle and the paperwork was ready, making it easier for an in and out of the shop. Thank You.

I trust this place and Brad and Miguel are fantastic to work with. I have an older vehicle and they take care of what needs to be done and don't pressure me to do other services. I highly recommend Honest 1.
