Had a little schedule mix up, I called ahead for an oil change appointment that day and was penciled in for the same time but the next available date. The guys still got me in in a reasonable time frame even though I wasn't scheduled ! Wow.

Kudos to Miguel and crew.. He bent over backward to help with a "coupon book" and got me in right away.. Oil change in 15 minutes max.Besides that>>I recognize that these coupons are loss leaders and the vendor tries to upsell you.. None of that here.. Gave me an HONEST1 assessment. My first time at this place. Front desk was very courteous, very important for anyone getting service. Estimated the time that they would need to do the work on my truck at about 8 hours, they completed in less than 5, surprised to hear they were done already. The shop was quite busy as well. Nice people, good service, and good work.

My first experience at Honest-1 was great, friendly service, was given information about future work that can be done on the car but did not feel at all pressured or intimidated about needing to do the work immediately nor need to spend more money than necessary which has happened at other service stations in the past. Will be bringing our cars back to Honest-1 for sure.

Good
